I had uploaded this video in four parts because I thought the 15 minute time limit still applied. I, subsequently realized that YouTube was allowing those who had "followed the community rules" to upload much longer videos. Thus, I am now uploading the entire concert.
Note: In NO WAY do I intend to infringe upon anyone's copyright of this video. It is my firm belief that "sharing" - i.e., letting someone VIEW my own content - does NOT infringe upon any copyright. Sharing it via a link to DOWNLOAD it clearly WOULD violate copyright. Still, copyright questions may come into focus simply because software exists that ENABLE YouTube to be "crawled" and, thus, videos to be "captured" from their site. So my not offering a direct download link may not be determinative - to YouTube OR the courts. ON THE OTHER HAND, being able to see the concert here SHOULD make many feel a need to order the DVD to view on their television screen. And I would gladly post a link here for others to purchase it!
Thus, I believe I am in the clear. YouTube may not agree and may remove it. If they do, I probably won't challenge it and just not "skirt the line" on future uploads. But I AM the type of person who will push the limits. I NEVER intend to do anything illegal, but ... if there is a question...
I tend to push on until there is a definitive answer...
I DID receive the following message from YouTube pertaining to "Part 2" of the segments of this video that I uploaded:
Your video, MAZE - Live in New Orleans - Pt. 2 of 4, may have content that is owned or licensed by Believe.
No action is required on your part; however, if you are interested in learning how this affects your video, please visit the Content ID Matches section of your account for more information.

Thus, if there is an objection to my sharing of this video, expect no more sharing of POSSIBLE coppyright material. I DO want to respect the rules of the community - especially since I plan to upload ORIGINAL CONTENT over 15 minutes long in the future. So this is merely a test. If it fails, it's over.
Recorded at the Saenger Performing Arts Center in New Orleans, La.; November 15, 1980. The CD and DVD were released in 1981.

This was my 1st introduction to this group!!!! I was 14 riding from TX to Mississippi to spend the summer with my brother. This was the ONLY 8 TRACK he had and during that 8 hr. drive!! He must have played it a million times! It is my 2nd favorite release of all time ( Stevie Wonders Songs in the Key Of Life is my all time favorite ) Thank you introducing me to this!!
It was the summer of 1981 and I was in love for the first time...at 17 (lol). Anyway my older brother was a collector of albums and this was one of them. I remember listening to it over and over as it had a very unique sound. It seemed to capture every coastal vibe as they sung about Louisiana (where I lived then and recently returned to live) and California (where I lived the first 12 years of my life). So I was in love with a southern girl and missing those California skies. I'm not done. At the age of 23 I decided to learn to play the guitar. I absolutely still love the guitar even though I am mainly a bass player. Imagine my shock when I first saw this video in 2010 or so....I had no idea the "real" rhythm guitar was being played by Beverly. It captured my attention in 1997 when I purchased the CD and first heard that guitar being played. That put this band in rarefied air for me. But the visuals of this show are equally awesome. And yes, every single song seems timeless.
Was at this Concert, had just left college and was give a ticket to the concert. What a concert this was and after the concert Frankie said that this was going to be a live album, because of all the support he received from the people of New Orleans.
I saw them one night at Hara arena in Dayton Ohio back in the early eighties, they opened up for the Commodores and closed their set with southern girl..They left the stage so hot that the Commodores left us out there for a whole hour before coming out, Maze was truly a tough act to follow...
Frankie Beverly, timeless sound, lyrics. Instead of sampling others art, take an example of the talent and artistic expressions. Frankie and all of your various band members thanks for a life long of enjoyment and relevant art...
Frankie Beverly "Gay" wow" I was weak when I heard him say this and Smokie Robinson you and millions will bust He'll flames if you don't or haven't Repented. God love all of you but won't hesitate to burn your assessment up lol
I was watching this and the most amazing thing happened I SEE MY NOW DECEASED DAD in the crowd he is the man with the red shirt and black vest glasses and hat on it brought me to tears I froze it took a screenshot and shared it with my siblings Feel that you feeling was his and my jam and still is so thank you for this.
I'm from the mid west, and started listening to Maze during my freshman year in college. I had never heard of them at that point, but, my friends from DC were already hip to them , and, consequently, turned me on to the group. Needless to say, I've been a fan ever since. Thank you for posting this. Its a real gem.
Long live Frankie Beverly and Maze, my all-time favorite recording artists. I remember when they recorded this at the Sanger Theatre in my hometown of New Orleans. While his voice is no longer the same after years of singing and surgery, this recording reminds me of the richness of what it used to be. When I saw him in concert in San Diego in 2016, it was obvious his voice has changed, but the music is just as tight as ever and I absolutely LOVED seeing them once again. We must cherish these days as Frankie B. continues to bless us with his gift. I wanna thank you, Frankie B. Happy Feelings.

Its always true in hair and beauty that everything comes back around. From hair colours to cuts and everything in-between, so many modern and trending hairstyles have taken inspiration from old Hollywood retro looks.
Icons such as Elizabeth Taylor, Mia Farrow and Audrey Hepburn have all inspired decades of hairstyles, including pixie crops and gentle waves.
These modern day A-list lovelies are famous for their lust-worthy locks, but we think theyve been playing copycat...
